• 6-week cycle of tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinner, including gourmet and ethnic menus such as Chicken Etouffee, Pork Tenderloin with Orange-Chipotle Sauce and Goat Cheese Omelets.
  
• All days' meals have 90 grams or less of carbs (we provide "low-glycemic" or good carbs) and 1,200 or less calories
  
• Meals are delivered to your doorstep or workplace every Tuesday and Friday.
  
• All meals are fresh, not frozen, and they don't contain any preservatives whatsoever. They are packaged in microwavable containers for quick, convenient heating and we attach labels to each meal, which include heating instructions and main ingredients, as well as carb, calorie and protein information.
  
• The cost of the seven-day meal plan (21 meals) is $140/week, which includes twice weekly delivery. Got a bigger appetitie than the average Joe or just need to eat more calories to segue into your weight loss program? We also have portions that are one and a half the size of our standard portion for $165/week, including delivery. Do you like to go out on weekends or cook at home? Then we can give you all three daily meals for Monday through Friday for $110 and $132 for those larger portions!  And if you pay for 12 weeks at once, you will save yourself 5% off the total price of the service (weeks do not have to be taken consecutively if you need to go out of town or take a break).
